Functional low-power alternative to the obsolete onsemi NC7SZ125. 74AUP1G125GW is the Nexperia AUP (Advanced Ultra-low Power) single bus buffer gate in SOT-23-5 with identical pinout to NC7SZ125. Operates 0.8 V to 3.6 V VCC, <1 uA quiescent current, ~0.9 ns propagation delay. Same 3-state buffer function, lower power envelope than NC7SZ's UHS family. Use as drop-in for battery-powered and low-leakage applications where NC7SZ's UHS current is excessive.

For new designs use SN74LVC1G125DBVR (TI) which is the industry-standard pin-compatible drop-in.
